In such cases, the Customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid, excluding any bank transfer fees, payment link & payment gateway charges, or other non-refundable financial transaction costs incurred by the Company. Once the service has commenced or the application has been submitted to the relevant government authority, the service fees, government charges, and any payments made to official authorities or third parties become non-refundable.
